When you and Igor meet for the first time, he will walk you through his detailed process; he will ask questions and listen carefully to uncover any specific needs you may have. He will explain the path to homeownership, the potential obstacles that may arise along the way, and opportunities specific to your preferences and the current market conditions. It will take 30-60 minutes and can be a conference call, a meeting at his office, or a cup of coffee; whatever works for you! Next, Igor will set up a customized search to monitor all new homes matching your criteria that come on the market. He will research, preview, and carefully select properties that he will send your way promptly so you see them immediately and nothing gets missed!

HAVING IGOR BY YOUR SIDE

Once you narrow down and select the homes you are ready to see, you will tour homes with Igor at the time that suits your schedule. Igor will point out all the beneficial features of the house, along with any issues that might show up during the inspection. He will ensure you do your due diligence so you can make an informed decision and all your concerns have been addressed.

SUCCESSFUL NEGOTIATIONS

When you find "the one," Igor will discuss different offer terms and strategies to make a solid offer on your future home. Utilizing his vast knowledge of the market and statistical data, Igor will ensure your offer is attractive to the seller yet it fits well within your budget and goals. Igor will then negotiate on your behalf and ensure you never overpay. His relationships with other brokers and years of real estate experience have enabled him to negotiate sales successfully, achieving favorable results for each party and positive outcomes for his clients.

MANAGING EVERY DETAIL OF THE TRANSACTION

Once you and the seller achieve mutual agreement, Igor and his team will work with all other parties involved in the transaction - your lender, appraiser, home inspector, escrow and title company, and the seller's agent. He and his team will continue to keep in touch with you and provide you with weekly status updates, keeping track of contingency deadlines and any other items that need attention. Igor and his team will make sure that nothing gets missed or overlooked.
